I received a couple of threatening calls from FRS and they also left a threatening message on my parents home phone and at my brothers place of employment. I called the number back and only asked them for their mailing address. I promptly typed up a letter demanding that they send me information and verification on what case they were calling me about and I also sent them a letter stating that they were not allowed to call me regarding this matter. I sent both letters certified mail with return receipt. I received the signed return receipts back from them and I have not heard from them again. keep getting calls about a check 'n go loan from four years ago. their reps insist that i set up payments with them to avoid wage garnishment... offered to get charges removed from case, i dont buy it...couldnt give me any info about the attorney office they work for?!?!!!

Called last night at 8:31, 9:03, 9:21 and 9:30. Finally answered last called after they woke me up 3 times and they asked for a person that doesn't reside at our house. Told her never to call again and hung up on her. From previous comments I guess it's a political poll call.I thought calling was not allowed after 9 pm! >:O

Said he is from AC Services, which is a professional company soliciting for "charities". The charity only gets 30% of your donation. AND when you pledge to one, ACS will keep calling for other charities.

This number has been calling me the last few days. I think I answered it once, said hello about 5 times, then either they or I hung up. Either way it was weird. And now im getting, so far, 1-2 calls per day. No messages. Id really like to know who's calling me, and why :/ .
